About

Committed to Serving Those Who Serve

Ready to Serve, an initiative of Protocol Health, launched in 2023 with two primary goals.  First, the program aims to create a nationwide network of dental practices offering Service Readiness Dental Exams to local members of the National Guard and Reserves.  These exams are a critical element of service readiness for military personnel, and the assemblage of this network will make these exams much more readily available to those who serve.  The second goal of Ready to Serve is to provide dental practices with a new avenue to connect with their communities.  Today, more than 84% of Americans* hold a favorable view of our military.  And, as consumers lean more and more toward businesses that share their values, participation in this program will broaden and deepen the community connections of any practice.

Ready to Serve Dental is simple and straightforward.  Once you sign up to become a participating practice, you'll be granted access to the Department of Defense online HIPPA continuing education program, which will grant you 1.5 hours of CE once completed.  Your administration team will then have access to the DoD contractor's dedicated portal for record keeping and payment processing.  This portal is easy-to-use, and very similar to the systems your team is already accustomed to using.  You'll also have immediate access to a suite of customized marketing assets for your business, including social media, graphic and video assets you can use across your advertising portfolio.

The Ready to Serve Dental program is a win for all involved.  You'll expand your community appeal as an organization providing meaningful support to the military, and you'll provide compensated dental readiness exams to local guard and reserve members, making their service readiness process comfortable and efficient.

Ready to Serve Dental looks forward to welcoming you to the family of dental practices making significant differences in their communities, and we stand ready to assist with any questions.
