Ready to Serve Dental is a groundbreaking program that empowers private dental practices to support local members of the military by offering dental readiness exams. Our program not only provides a platform for dentists to make a positive impact on the oral health of Reservists and National Guard members but also enables them to forge meaningful connections within their communities.
Through provided complimentary marketing packages, participating dental practices receive custom social media, graphic and video assets as well as permission to use the Ready to Serve Dental logo in their advertising. These assets can be utilized across various channels, including websites, social media platforms, and over-the-top (OTT) campaigns. This comprehensive marketing support helps raise awareness about the program, showcasing the commitment of dental practices towards supporting the military community.
Additionally, the Department of Defense (DoD) provides access to a dedicated data entry portal, like those commonly used by dentists, ensuring a seamless process for submitting necessary records. Participating dental practices also receive 1.5 hours of continuing education credit upon completion of the DoD-facilitated online HIPAA training program, further enhancing professional development opportunities.
Compensation for dental readiness exams is facilitated through the portal, with rates comparable to Medicare. Participating dentists have the freedom to perform as many exams as they desire, without any limitations on the number of Reservists and Guard members they can assist.
